 Part-time property Manager

The 2025 season schedule includes a total of 10-12 full Saturday commitments for this position between late May and October.

This client-facing role is a great opportunity for a versatile and detail-oriented individual with experience and interest in property management, event logistics, and/or hospitality. • An average of 2 working weekends per month and ~12 hours per weekend. Exact schedule of events available upon request.

  • Saturday is a full day (~12 hour), on-site commitment while weddings are taking place at either Flanagan Farm or Walnut Hill. On-site responsibilities typically conclude by midnight and occasionally by 1am for events with late night extension.

  • During events, property manager is responsible for supporting vendors with property logistics and ensuring guests and vendors are upholding property rules and expectations.

  • Role will be paid at $25/hour. Rate could be negotiable based on candidate’s experience.

  • *A full calendar of events and dates that candidate can expect to be working for this role can be provided upon request.
